Our Story: A Farmer's Wife and Her Award Winning Brownies

Chatley Farm Brownies began in the kitchen of a working farm. Joanna Pobjoy, Jo to everyone who  knows her, has been creating food from her professional kitchens on Chatley Farm near Bath since 2002. Alongside the brownies, Jo and her team run A Bit Of A Do, a luxury catering company.

 

Both businesses are based on the farm, and both rely on wonderful local suppliers from Avon, Wiltshire and Somerset for their ingredients. That same care goes into every brownie we bake. We use rich Belgian chocolate, bake in small batches by hand, and pack each order ourselves before it goes out Royal Mail first class. Our Rich Chocolate Brownie won Gold at the Taste of the West Awards in 2021 and again in 2022, and we are proud to send our brownies from a farm in Somerset to homes right across the UK
